Sales Lead

*Note – This role is a full-time, onsite position. Due to COVID-19, all new employees will be required to start work remotely until we are able to return to the office. More information will be provided in the interview process.*

Who we are looking for

RDS is looking for a Regional Sales Lead to head-up our UK sales team and increase revenue and grow the RDS footprint in the industry and region by forming new customers through customer-centric and value-based sales methodologies.

You are someone who finds tremendous fulfillment in long-term relationship building. You are a fantastic communicator who enjoys leading and facilitating conversations, especially at the business-level. You naturally ask questions in order to understand and uncover what’s most important. You’re able to balance the big picture with shorter-term goals and you thrive in environments where you’re able to bridge gaps and recommend solutions. You believe that negotiation isn’t a power play, but rather an opportunity for organisations to be able to work together to create, communicate, and increase mutual value.

You will need to be based in the United Kingdom.

About the Role

Drive annual revenue from new business in the United Kingdom:

  • Respond & maintain to leads
  • Generate business from existing SMB leads/customers, Key and Strategic accounts
  • Achieve a strong conversion rate for a unique product
  • Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts


  • 1+ years proven success working within a professional software sales-based role
  • Experience in the construction, architecture or engineering field is a BIG plus as is experience of regulatory/government sector, but we will consider software sales experience from other industries.
  • Excellent communication and soft skills (Fluent in English written & verbal)
  • Exceptional computer skills including , Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint…you know, the basics
  • Ability and willingness to travel (outside current Covid conditions)


This is a fulltime, commision earn based position.
